All information is believed to be accurate and current at the date the product information was placed on this website.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Any/all Offers are available until stocks sell out. Most goods and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% if delivered in Australia. All pricing quoted by Cackleberry Kids Pty Ltd are exclusive of this GST. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars.  For further information regarding overseas orders, please refer to Postage & Delivery. For Overseas purchases, we will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges to your currency for you.

Cackleberry Kids Pty Ltd owns and holds copyright for this website and all its content including, but not limited to text, graphics, characters, drawings and product designs.

We reserve the right to :
To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify you of this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. That all orders are subject to availability of stock. To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Unsubscribe from emails:
We only send emails to members that have requested to receive them within their registration. If you wish to unsubscribe from these emails, simply sign-in and update your email preferences. If you continue to have problems, please contact us for further assistance.

 

RETURNS POLICY:
 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Cackleberry if your order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the relevant courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the
credit card used, to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and then contact us to arrange for a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt along with all original packaging. All garments must be UNWORN with all original tags.

We will arrange to either replace the item or offer you a refund or credit with us.
